1. through information requests  to enter certain information on the website or sign up for competitions or contests. We may ask you for certain information e.g. your name, age, street address, city, postcode, mobile telephone number, email address, We use this information to contact you to confirm that you participate in a competition or sweepstake or to notify you that you have been selected as a winner.

In most of the cases we processed your personal data base on your consent in accordance with Art.6(1)(a) General Data Protection Regelation (UK GDPR/DPA 2018). In very specific cases as detailed below, the processing of your personal data is based on AB InBev legitimate interest base on Article 6 (1) (f) UK GDPR/DPA 2018.

7. through tournaments. We publish your displayed username and the name of your team that you belong to under the website section "Participants". If you delete yourself from the competition, the username will not be displayed on the participant list. We also publish under the "Phases" participants, all user names and the teams they belong to. [As you can change your username within your account settings, you can make sure that it is not possible for any external participants to identify you. We will not use the tournament information for any other purposes unless otherwise agreed on a separate basis.

User Rights

The UK GDPR/DPA 2018 gives you a number of rights. As a user of our website you have the right to request information on the data we store about you as well as the purpose of their storage. In addition, you have a right to demand that incorrect data are being corrected and data which are inappropriate or no longer needed are being deleted. Data Management Platforms

Your data may be collected processed in our Data Management Platform (DMP) operated by Salesforce.com, Inc. Our purpose of using DMP is to ensure that you receive advertisements tailored to your interests in our and other sites that you visit. A DMP is an advertising technology that automatically creates audience segments to share the best of our campaigns. A DMP uses cookie and non-cookie technologies to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect and record information about your web surfing activity including your activities on or off this website. DMP automatically analyses and categorizes data deriving from different sources for example other sites and from other beer lovers. 

We will only process your personal data for this purpose after you have provided us you consent, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) UK GDPR/DPA 2018. Customer Data Platform

Our website has in place a Customer Data Platform(CDP). Our purpose in using CDP is to ensure that you receive advertisement content tailored to your interests in our websites and also in external sites you visit. Look a Like Audiences

We use different technologies to create look a like audiences on social media. We may share hashed portions of your personal data (mainly your name and other online identifiers, email address) with our marketing partners and publishers to provide you advertisement in accordance to your  interests and/or those of like minded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together with the email addresses of others who registered to our marketing activities, locally hash such data, and transmit the resulting hashed data to Facebook or to other marketing partners for the purpose of creating "Lookalike Audiences" (where targeted ads are sent to people on Facebook who have similar characteristics to people on our customer list), we request your consent in order to create look-a-like audiences via email or the cookie banner. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please update your settings in the cookie banner.

Facebook Pixel

A Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that consists of a code that is installed on our website. We request your consent via the cookie banner in order to activate the Facebook pixel. We will collect information regarding your use of the our website, such as visiting a web page or buy a product in the Facebook environment, if your are using Facebook. This technology allows us to provide users customised content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to our website. Our trusted partners may supplement information about our consumer audiences in general with additional data they may hold about you; however, this data will not be connected to you directly in any way and AB InBev will have no access to individual data insights. Please keep in mind that this may imply the transfer of your personal data to a third party who will process it outside of the UK/European Union (i.e. the USA). This implies that your data may not be protected to the same extent as it is in the UK/European Union, and that it may be accessed by authorities in these countries without recourse. The appropriate safeguards are in place to secure your data. 

Security Measures

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible. In addition to the commitment of our employees to secrecy and a careful selection and monitoring of our service providers, we also secure our operating environment adequately. To protect your data against unwanted access, we use data encryption. Data collected from this website will be passed between your computer and our server and vice versa via the internet using data encryption in transit technology. If the connection is encrypted the 'lock' symbol on your browser status list will show as locked, and the address line will start with "https://". To have your data secured in transit, we use at least the TLS 1.2 standard (Transport Layer Encryption standard).

Legal Drinking Age

This website is not intended for individuals under the legal drinking age. Therefore, we perform age checks upon visiting the website. Transfer to third parties

Sending information overseas

The personal data is sent abroad to a limited extent to other subsidiaries of our group whose parent company is the Belgian company ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SA/NV with registration number 0417.497.106, for the provision of hosting services, newsletter distribution, and support services within the group. AB InBev will only send your personal information to a recipient outside the EU/EEA when allowed by the relevant privacy laws.
