As you play throughout regular battle royale matches, youll notice that youre earning XP just from doing regular activities in each match. Things like opening chests, getting eliminations, and interacting with Reality Saplings can provide you with a lot of experience per match. While you likely wont get a level per match, its a great way to passively generate levels.

Whether they be daily, weekly, or part of the seasons story quests. They all provide the player with battle pass XP.
Fortnite releases weekly quests every Thursday at 8am CT, and weekly quests on Tuesdays at the same time. While weekly quests occur every week, sometime Epic will wait a week or two between season narrative quests so as to not give away the whole story before the season ends.
