So what are Cooldown Streams?

The traditional (read: normie) way of watching Twitch streams has been alone in your room, with probably Discord on one screen, and your favourite streamer on the other — spamming chat with emotes or just sitting back and drinking it all in.

Given the pub’s reputation as a British institution, a coveted third-place, and a particular contribution to a UK lifestyle — we at Cooldown thought to innovate. We’ve been busy organising viewing parties up and down the kingdom for your favourite esports competitions, but now we’re bringing some of your favourite gaming creators' content into bars too.

Introducing Cooldown Streams. They’re just like your everyday streams, except in the case of our brand ambassadors — MissBaffy, Pickapixel, and Jukeyz — we’ll be piping their streams into our partner venues where you can get together with the London community, have a pint, and watch the creators’ streams.

On top of offering fresh-from-the-tap draught beer (always better than the bottle) and that cosy London bar-culture environment — attendees of Cooldown Streams will be automatically entered to win prizes they can take home from the bar! Definitely worth leaving the house for that.

TO ENTER BAR GIVEAWAYS:

• Register for the event on Cooldown (click the 'Attend in person' button)
• Check your email to ensure you got the QR code for the beer deal
• Go to the bar showing the Cooldown stream
• Redeem your deal by getting the QR code scanned at the bar
• Voila! You’re entered to win a bar giveaway! Winners will be announced at the end of the stream

Cooldown is also partnering with our brand ambassadors on monthly giveaways for their communities. By registering and attending any London Cooldown Stream or esports viewing party, you’re automatically entered to win! At the end of the month each of the ambassadors will select winners, Cooldown will get in touch, and your prize will be sent to you. Easy as!
